I only care about student outcomes. The data shows that TFA teachers serve students as well as traditionally trained teachers while also getting a lot more talent into leadership positions down the line. On top of this the program has brought structure and academic rigor to thousands of poor urban and rural students who have otherwise been failed by the traditional system.
